ISIS’s Call To War

“It traces its origins both to the terrorist training grounds of Osama bin Laden’s Afghanistan and to America’s invasion of Iraq in 2003, and it achieved its resurgence through two single-minded means: control of territory and, by design, unspeakable cruelty.”
The above describes the nature of war, a tool in the tool kit of managing power to effect change. Change the “it” and the words could be used to describe how the Church of England was established or how European invasion of North America lead to genocide. The hell of war is the hell of war.
In Paris classic guerrilla war in the opening chapters of WWIII!
ISIS is doing us all a favor as we see the horrors of war uncensored on the internet. Is this our future?
Sun Tzu and Clausewitz: These preeminent philosophers of war say the same thing.
First principle: "The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting" Sun Tzu
Second principle: But if war, lop off the heads of the enemy, use “shock and awe” to end the killing as quickly as possible.
Third principle: Rule of Law strictly applied to subdue the terrority.
Fourth principle: War for the sake of war is misuse of war and will lead to defeat.
There are other principles but I think we get the point. War is cruel so do not do it and remember war for the sake of war is ruination.
ISSI, a tribe greatly aggrieved by injustice calls out for war.
